Its delicious blend of oats and slightly chunkier spelt flakes is perfect for little ones from 1 year, offering gentle texture and natural sweetness from fruit only. With no added sugar*, salt, spices or flavourings, and completely dairy free, it’s a simple, nourishing bowl that helps end the day on a wholesome note.

Easy to prepare:
1. Heat 100ml of whole milk to approximately 50°C.
2. Add 30g (5-6 tbsp) of porridge flakes.
2. Stir well, allow to soak and cool to body temperature 37°C before serving.
